Leak Reduction Programme

Identifying and repairing costly leaks saving you air and money.

To provide our customers' with the level of service and expertise they expect from Airchannel we work in partnership with LeekSeek™ to provide our leak management programme. However it is Airchannel that will manage the process and liaise with you.

The programme

Step 1: Fast new ultrasonic leak detection equipment that utilises a technology called DND (Dynamic Noise Detection) will be used to identify and tag all the leaks as small, medium or large. The results from this will be made available for you to view on a website.

Step 2: Airchannel engineers will come to site to review the leaks, repairing what they can on the first visit and returning with any additional parts required.

The above steps can then be repeated as often as is cost effective to maintain leakage at a minimum.

Why outsource leak reduction?

Leaks cost money every minute of every day that your compressed air system is running. Airchannel can provide a fast and reliable service to identify and repair your leaks.

From our experience an in-house programme rarely delivers the required results and usually takes many times longer than an outsourced project

In-house Outsourced
No real incentive to save air We need to demonstrate that we are saving you air and money
No system of documentation A clear system for documenting and monitoring results
Repairs treated as a "when I have time" activity Repairs fixed as quickly as possible following the survey
Hidden costs of project management, logistics to source parts, documentation etc. Clear cost per day allows calculation of ROI.
